As founder and President of DRL Group, Inc., Dan Lewis is responsible for the performance, integrity, and reputation of the firm.  In addition, he manages the Commercial Real Estate Investment practice and actively runs a desk.
Prior to founding DRL Group, Dan was Managing Partner with a large, national executive search firm.  He successfully started, grew, and managed the Los Angeles office, and was responsible for the real estate practice nationwide.  Previously, Dan served for 7 years as Founder and Managing Partner at eBizLeaders, a Beverly Hills boutique search firm, placing senior executives globally with some of the world’s largest and most influential companies.

Dan began his career in executive recruiting with Wall Street Executive Search in 1986.  He began as an Associate placing commercial real estate appraisers and loan officers.  Over a 7 year period, Dan was promoted to Partner, and was responsible for the real estate practice nationwide.
